Twila True Beauty offers a line of nail lacquer and bodycare products that provide beauty enthusiasts with quality and honest ingredients. Each product in our collection is tested rigorously, from the earliest formulation stages to the final launch, to achieve the highest level of performance.

Our customers are our number one priority and we want to provide you with as much information as possible. Below, you’ll find a list of our most frequently asked questions and our answers.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you complete the checkout process you will see an order confirmation page appear on the screen. You will receive an email from us once your item has shipped, with tracking information and a summary of your purchase.

ORDER STATUS

You can track the status of your order via UPS.com, using the unique tracking number provided in your shipping information. Please note that tracking information from UPS may not be available until 24-48 hours after your order is received. You can then follow the status of your order.

You can also check your order via your Twila True Beauty account. Simply Log In, click on “My Account,” and click on “Order Status.”

PRODUCT INGREDIENT LIST

The ingredients of each of products are available on each product page and can also be found on the back packaging of all Twila True products. If you have any additional, please contact us via our online form.

GIFT CARDS

Twila True Beauty gift cards are activated upon purchase and can be used immediately.

If your card is lost or stolen, we cannot replace it. Unused balances do not expire, however the balance cannot be redeemed for cash.

RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your product experience for any reason, you may issue a return within 30 days of your original purchase.

We are unable to refund any shipping and handling charges for the return. Please contact shop@twilatruebeauty.com with your order number for further instructions on processing a return.

ORDER CANCELATION

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an online order at shop@twilatruebeauty.com and a customer service representative will respond within 24 hours M-F.
